The son of Buc-EE co-founder was arrested for the first time in two years and faces new charges in Texas.

The felony charge of possession of child pornography stems from a September 2023 housing search warrant executed by the Travis County Sheriff's Office at a Spicewood home, court documents say.
As reported by Blaze News in 2023, Wasek was arrested and accused of recording people using spy cameras to use toilets, showering and having sex.
According to the Travis County District Attorney's Office, Wasek was previously charged with 21 felony counts of invasive visual recordings.
He was accused of secretly documenting 13 casualties over two years in the bathroom and bedroom of the house owned by Washek's family.

According to court documents, a Lakehouse guest working in Department of Defense Cybersecurity noticed a charging port with a hidden camera connected to one of the bathroom walls.
Authorities reportedly found cameras secretly installed in their Dallas apartment and villa in Telluride, Colorado, also owned by Wachek's parents. KXAN-TV It has been reported.
The arrest affidavit said Wasek secretly recorded houseguests using “using the toilet, taking a shower, changing clothes and having sex.”
Police said Amazon records also showed that Wasek had ordered a “spy camera.”
Detectives from the Travis County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant. The 2023 warrant led to the seizing of several recordings and data storage devices, which led to the possession of child pornography charges against Wasek.

According to the arrest warrant, the detective submitted images to the National Centre for Missing and Exploitation to determine whether the suspect was a previous victim of child sexual abuse. The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children reportedly confirmed that one of the victims was a 7-year-old girl who was sexually abused.
Records show that child victims are linked to the FBI investigation, showing that in April 2014 the suspect was found guilty on two counts of child pornography production, one count of child pornography distribution, and another count that owns illegal content.
Wasek is scheduled to appear in court on March 19th for a new charge.
