Phil Mickelson trashes Fred Couples over Brooks Koepka comments
Phil Mickelson targeted Fred Couple in X's fiery post on Tuesday.
Mickelson, one of the faces of Liv Golf and one of the original tour exiles, has deleted a tweet that threw the couple into the trash to make a public comment about Koepka's intentions.
“If it wasn't true, he hurt the relationship he cared about. If it was true, he took Ogawa's stuff. [sic] Timeline and story control. Either way, this is a low-class jerk move by Fred,” Mickelson wrote.

“I always talk to Brooks Koepka,” the couple said. All ESPN. “I love Brooks Koepka. I'm not going to say anything extra except I always talk to him. “Where are you playing next? When are you going?” And all of this.
“He wants to come back. I'll say that: I think he really believes he wants to go back and tour.”

It's not the first time that a couple are outspoken LIV golf critics, and this is not the first time Mickelson has traded a barb. The former called the latter a “nut bag” two years ago.
Past Masters winners will cross the pass at Augusta during Champions dinner next month.
The 34-year-old Koepka is a five-time major champion and won with two US open titles and three PGA Championship resumes.
His 2023 PGA Championship victory marked his first big win by a LIV golf player.

Koepka joined Liv in 2022 for a contract reportedly worth more than $100 million over three years.
A talk is underway between the Saudi leadership who runs Liv Golf on bridging the gap between the two rivals between the PGA Tour and Saudi Arabia leadership and enabling LIV players to participate in tour events.
Since the establishment of Liv Golf, players who died there have lost their tour cards.

The couple addressed Koepka's status in a radio interview on Monday Using KJR 93.3 FM in Seattle.
