As a doctor who has given birth to over 5,000 babies, I can say with complete confidence that boys and girls are girls. This basic biological statement – even third-graders know as truth – should not be radical. But it's sad to say in 2025.

The Biden Harris administration abused Title IX and forced America to insanity in its gender theory. As a result, men and boys unfairly compete with women and girls in sports, causing these biological men to invade a protected personal space.

I think American women and girls deserve to know that someone is fighting to protect the integrity and fairness of competitive sports and is standing up for the rights of safe and protected spaces like bathrooms and locker rooms.
Thankfully, President Trump took up the mantle. Last month he signed an executive order protecting women and girls' sports. I was honored to attend President Trump's ceremony and celebrate at the White House where he signed this critical order.
To expand this initiative in the Senate, I was proud to co-host my best friend coach, Tommy Tuberville. Protection of women and girls in sports law. On Monday evening, I joined all of my Republican colleagues and voted in favor of this common sense law.

It was a slap that he met women and girls from all over the country.
Boys and men are on average stronger and faster than women. Men have significantly faster muscle fibers than women. Bones are dense and usually become taller and gain weight. These are biological realities that go beyond controversy.
This does not mean that female athletes are the best and not the best in their respective sports. There are incredible female athletes like Simone Biles, Serena Williams and Caitlin Clark.
But imagine a Titan for women's sports training in a sport of choice for decades.
There's no need to look at that exact scenario far away. See what happened to Riley Gaines. She trained most of her life for the 2022 NCAA Swim Championship, but she was associated with biological men. Girls and women deserve the opportunity for boys and men to compete together in quite a sport without stripping them of titles, trophies, or even scholarship opportunities.
When I entered high school, I remember Title IX, which was first introduced. A fundamental change has occurred in young women across America. They were given the opportunity for me and many other men to learn the same lessons that were taught by playing sports, including hard work, teamwork, and the values of leadership. They were also given the opportunity to receive university scholarships.
But now my colleagues across the aisle want to remove all the progress they have gained from Title IX by stripping women of trophies and opportunities and unfairly giving them to biological boys.
This insanity becomes a much more ominous territory beyond sports.
Women and young girls are also expelled from the safety of their locker rooms and bathrooms. As a society, we have long separated sports and locker rooms for a very simple reason. It is inappropriate and wrong for a man to undress in front of a woman.
I will challenge parents who disagree with my opinion here and consider whether it is okay with little girls or young adult daughters who undress in the presence of biological men.
However, despite my deep beliefs on this issue, both as a father, grandfather and doctor, I believe that I must approach it with compassion and kindness. Gender dysphoria is a very realistic and very serious condition worth treating, but women should not be sacrificed for the affirmation of anti-scientific lies.
But as we witnessed on Monday evening, radical left activists and their captured politicians will work hard to stop common sense laws like protection of women and girls in sports law Because it becomes law.
Democrats need to take a big step and ask why they are fighting women's rights so hard.
