“This most amazing news and sharing with you all has a complete and complete heart,” Hudson wrote in the caption of her post, which includes next to Collins.
“This effort could not have been achieved without her commitment to the Maine fishing community (Collins). Sen. Collins, on behalf of all Maine fishermen (sic), thank you for your continued support in maintaining our heritage, traditions and economy.”

Hudson spoke at the 50th Main Fisherman's Forum in Rockport on Saturday, discussing how the grants affected fishermen.
“The news has turned into a forum where the federal funding program, “Main Sea Grant,” was suddenly cut, like a tsunami to the forum on Saturday. The program was a pillar of Marine Corps' research, sustainability and support for economic growth.
“The decision only amplifies the uncertainty, anxiety and existential fear that has already plagued Maine fishermen.”

Belichick was supporting Hudson as he posted photos of the couple on a private plane before speaking at the forum.
The North Carolina Tar Heels head coach and Hudson were first publicly linked last year to reportedly debate about their marriage.
This upcoming football season will mark Belichick's first head coach of college football. The 72-year-old parted ways with the New England Patriot after the 2023 season after an incredible run, including six Super Bowl wins.
