Kelly Loeffler, the administrator of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), announced this week that he would be relocating offices from the sanctuary city, ending taxpayer benefits to illegal immigration.

“In the coming months, regional offices in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Denver, New York City and Seattle will be moved to more expensive and accessible locations that better serve small business communities and comply with federal immigration laws,” the announcement said.

“Under President Trump, the SBA is committed to putting American citizens first again, starting by ensuring that zero taxpayer dollars fund illegal aliens,” Loeffler said.
“We are pleased to announce today that the agency will be relocating local offices from the sanctuary city that cuts access to illegal foreign loans and rewards criminal activity,” she added. “We will work with local governments that share this administration's commitment to ensuring borders and safe communities, and focus on empowering legally qualified business owners across the United States.”
The SBA's new policy is in stark contrast to the Biden administration, which previously allowed US immigrants to apply for SBA assistance.
