Eric Trump announces lawsuit against Capital One over alleged de-banking of Trump Organization accounts

The Trump organization is suing Capital One for deleting its account in 2021. According to To Eric Trump.

The lawsuit was filed in Miami-Dade Circuit Court, where the Trump organization allegedly lost millions of dollars as hundreds of Capital 1 bank accounts were closed without reason.

“The actions taken by Capital 1 and other major financial institutions represent dangerous precedents that could threaten the operation of countless companies.”

Banking habit practices have been a controversial issue after many conservative organisations and individuals said many conservative organisations and individuals, such as First Lady Melania Trump, who spoke about losing their accounts in October, were closed for no reason.
