On Wednesday, March 5, Scotus ruled that with a 5-4 vote, he would reject the Trump administration's request to block a lower court order to block the USAID Fund's nearly $2 billion order. Conservative Judge Amy Connie Barrett sided with the wings of the Supreme Court's Democrats and leaned against President Trump.
Steve Dees I wasn't surprised by Barrett's vote.
“She was a huge disappointment since her first year at the Supreme Court.
But it was Judge John Roberts who angered him the most.
“John Roberts just hit the lower court last week… because he thought he had jurisdiction to do something that doesn't have the jurisdiction to do,” Dees said. “He wrote a harsh responsibilities for this. …In Samhill, how did John Roberts publish that opinion last week and then side with this opinion?”
Regardless of how disappointing Scotus's ruling is, Deace always knew that Maga's agenda could enjoy a smooth voyage for a long time.
At the beginning of Trump's term, he predicted that he would “finally reach the point in March or April, where the president exhausted how many shots he could take with the Death Star.”
This verdict indicates that it happened.
“It's now a ship-to-ship battle. We're like going into that stage of this battle now, and the Empire is about to fight back,” he says.
Dees believes President Trump has the political capital to win this fight.

Like U.S. District Judge Amir Ali, who issued the original order requesting USAID funding, lower court judges “on the first day of the law school, the court will determine its own jurisdiction,” Deas said. “There is no jurisdiction here.
MAGA's delegation will continue to be restrained if “sell a bunch of unelected people to assert power and jurisdiction they do not have.”
“Now is the time to go to court,” he says. “This is when you say, 'The sun won't shine, stick to where we're not doing it.'
