president Donald Trump A nuclear deal with Iran has shown that it could emerge in the near future just a month after his administration recovered its “maximum pressure” campaign on Tehran.
Trump told reporters on Friday that the US was “until the last moment.” Negotiations with Iranand he hoped to prove that military intervention was unnecessary.
“It's an interesting time in world history. But we have a situation where something is going to happen with Iran soon,” Trump told reporters in the Oval Office. “You'll talk about it right away. Hopefully we can get a peace agreement. I'm not talking about it from strength or weakness, I'm just saying I want to see a peace agreement more than others. But others will solve the problem.”
