A Manhattan banker called her “F-King Bitch” and raped a 25-year-old woman in her apartment while saying, “You've come here,” prosecutors said.
Mark Harris, 38, was charged with rape and sexual abuse at Manhattan Crown Court, the same day for suspects of attacking inside the woman's Midtown apartment.
Prosecutors say Harris, who works for energy and infrastructure funds at Investec, pulled down the victim's pants before he held her down on the mattress and raped her.
According to criminal charges, the victim attempted a fight by repeatedly pleasing with a sexual predator, and repeatedly pleasing him to stop before he could drive him away.
When he leaves the apartment, Harris is said to have degraded the victim by calling her “F-King Bitch” before telling her she deserves an attack.
“This is here,” Harris sneered, according to the prosecutor.
Harris was free on $150,000 cash bail and was requested by the prosecutor.
His lawyer, Jason Goldman, said in a statement that Harris is innocent and expected the case to be withdrawn.
“Unfortunately, we live in a world where people like Harris (a skilled expert who never ponder this crime) can be arrested in the fundamental language of an indifferent individual, Goldman said.

“Our investigation has already revealed evidence to exonerate Mr Harris. He is innocent, the case has been dismissed and his reputation will not be ruined by this sanctionally false reporting.”
Harris lives in a two-bedroom two-bath apartment in the fashionable Brooklyn Point Building in downtown Brooklyn, with a recent list of similar units on sale for $2.6 million.
Harris spent 11 years at Powerhouse Bank SMBC in Japan, where he served as director of Structured and Project Finance before joining SMBC Nikko Securities in 2022, according to his LinkedIn profile.
He then joined Investec, an international banking company, and worked as a book runner for transactions in the US, his profile said.
Investec did not respond immediately to requests for comment.
Harris is scheduled to return to court on March 11th.
