Don Jr. Smacks Down Fake News Story He’s Running for President

Donald Trump Jr., President Donald Trump's oldest child, slammed fake news stories from media people claiming that young Trump was running for president in 2028.

in post On X, Trump Jr. shared a screenshot of the media guy from Republican strategist Andrew Slavian article. In a Slavian post, he shared a statement with Trump Jr. media outlets, denying that he is considering a presidential run in 2028.

“LOL has written many fake stories about me over the years, and this may still be the most obvious fake,” Trump Jr. wrote in his post. “Congratulations to @dianafalzone & @mediaite for being embarrassed. You guys have been played and now every friend in the press is ok with you behind your back.”

article Using quotes from “three high-level” anonymous sources from media outlets that Trump Jr. claimed he “was always left his lanes open for the president's run,” explaining that Trump Jr. is “more experienced” than Vice President JD Vance.

“Don is the most politically involved of all Trump children, and has always kept the lane open for the president's run,” one of the articles described as “a White House insider and close friend” told the outlet. “He is a precious voice for his father and a real possibility of becoming a candidate in 2028.”

Another source argued that “he's 100% of the time he runs, but he's not a VP just for the president.”

“He's older and more experienced than JD,” the source told the outlet. “In about a year, a real conversation begins about him running. At this point, it's too early and he doesn't want to start a fight with JD, especially since they're friends.”

In a statement to media people, Trump Jr. slammed the outlet and asked if they were “f**king late.” The “theory” of the outlet is that he stomped his ass to help Vance get a “VP nomination” as he hopes he will “run for president in 2028.”

“I'm glad you actually printed this Bulls**T, but at least now the rest of the press will see how s**** your 'sauce' is and how easy you play,” added Trump Jr. “Congratulations, Baron.”
