Missouri Wins $24B Judgment Against China in Coronavirus Lawsuit

Missouri won a $24 billion ruling against China in Friday's coronavirus lawsuit after a federal judge backed up Shoe my case, where China's Communist Party accused China of stocking up protection supplies during the Uhan virus pandemic.

Friday's victory accused the Communist government of “stopping the production, purchase and export of critical medical devices, including PPE, during the pandemic five years after former Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmidt of filing the first lawsuit against China in 2020.

“This is a groundbreaking victory for Missouri and the United States in the fight to hold China accountable for unlocking COVID-19 worldwide,” Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey said in a statement. Report Fox News.

“China refused to appear in court, but that doesn't mean they will flee by causing inflated suffering and economic devastation,” Bailey added. “We intend to collect all the pennies by seizing Chinese property, including Missouri farmland.”

The Attorney General's Office also said Friday's ruling was the largest in Missouri history, six times the state's previous largest ruling.

The court said “The state of Missouri provided the court with satisfactory evidence to establish each defendant's liability against Missouri on the basis of the IV Earl of Plaintiff's complaint.”

“The court therefore will issue joint and multiple defendants judgments on $24,488,825,457.00 plus post-judgment interest,” Judge Limbaugh added.

The following were named as defendants in a Missouri lawsuit.

People's Republic of China, Communist Party of China, National Health Commission on China, Ministry of Emergency Management of the People's Republic of China, Ministry of the People's Republic of China, Ordinary Government, Uhan Citizen Government, Uhan Citizen Government, and the Academy Institute of China.

“Hey China, you owed Missouri $24 billion. I just passed a court decision. Bailey declared on the X-Post Friday.

In January, the appeals court ruled in Missouri's favor and overturned a lower court's decision that threw the first case down, Fox News noted.

The original lawsuit previously accused China of concealing information about the origins of the pandemic, but the appeals court reportedly ruled that the complaint must be limited to claims of supply.
