A Florida man has been arrested for threatening to kill former Vice President Kamala Harris in a series of Tiktok comments, according to criminal charges.
Franklin Jarrell, 59, was arrested on February 18 in connection with several posts about Tiktok, where he killed both former Beep Kamala Harris and Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar, threatening to cut off his horrifying comments in racist language. According to criminal charges It was filed by the US District Court in Florida.

In another Tiktok comment, “dale.jarrel9” continued his verbal attack on Harris.
“I got your IP number, which means you have your address, so when I come for you, you will never see it become Stink booty,” user dale.jarrell8 claimed in affidavit on February 11th.
These posts are likely made in the comments section of the video featuring Harris, but no specific details regarding the video were mentioned in the affidavit.
Another threatening comment specifically mentioned the firearms.
He also targeted Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar.

The FBI was warned of these posts and was able to derive email accounts of Tiktok users through local law enforcement and track the phone number associated with their Gmail accounts.
The Secret Service agent then contacted Jarrell by phone on February 18th to ask for an interview to discuss the inflammatory Tiktok post.
Jarrell was attacked by a secret service agent over the phone. “You threatened to come to my house. I will kill you straight,” the complaint states.
Jarrell was taken into custody at the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office that same day.
According to the affidavit, he is faced with accusations of sending threatening communications in interstate commercial, making threats against federal officials and being threatened with $100,000 bonds.
