The mother of Aron Owell, a hostage taken from the Nova Music Festival on October 7, 2023, remains a prisoner of war in Hamas and is suing for the release of her son after the first phase of the deadline was over last week, but the new contract for the second phase has yet to be reached.

“I think every mother in this world would be if they were just stopped [they] You can even breathe knowing that your son or daughter is eating dinner. No food is eaten.

“Can they just do anything? It's unbearable. It's just unbearable.”

Aron and 58 other 58, including one individual taken separately from the October 7 attack, remain hostages 518 days after the October 2023 attack on Hamas.

During the attack, Aron hides in a bomb shelter outside the Nova Music Festival and is injured when the sh shotgun hits his right eye.

Footage shared with Fox News Digital shows the miserable situation he and others were between the attack and subsequent abduction.

According to Aaron and the Israelis who were taken hostage, his injuries were never properly treated and now there is a risk of blindness in both eyes, Idit explained.

Aron was confirmed to be still alive last month after the release of three hostages detained along with him. He is now believed to be held in his own right.

“I don't know where Allen is now, but as a mother I know I'm scared for him. I know he needs to come back as soon as possible. That's urgent.”

This week President Donald Trump met with hostages released from Gaza. Gaza told the president he believed he was “sent from God” to secure his release.

Idit, an Israeli man, has not heard of it from the Trump administration or Netanyahu's office.

However, she believes that Trump will help her son return.

“I know Trump can take my son home, and I know this because he has the power to do it, and when he wants something, he does it,” Iddit said. “I'm rooting for him.

“I came all the way from Israel to DC and made sure Aaron was being asked to confirm what I had heard,” she added. “I'm defending him. Aaron is in custody. He can't speak.”

News this week revealed that the Trump administration has communicated directly with Hamas to secure the release of five American hostages still held in Gaza, including only surviving American Edan Alexander.

The administration said it was in direct negotiations with terrorist organisations. This is an unprecedented move that frustrated Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to try to secure a 60-day suspension in exchange for the release of 10 hostages.

However, there are 25 hostages believed to be still alive, including Ohel.

In a direct message to her son, Idit said, “We pray for you, and I do everything in my power to make sure you will not forget.

“You've not been forgotten,” she added. “The people here think of you every day. They want to save you and they want you to bring you home.

“Your father and me, and your sister and your brother will always be with you.”
