“I've met Tim Waltz a number of times and obviously I've had a huge amount of time with Kamala Harris. The reason they were hiding from the media is because she sucks it,” Lee said. “I'm sorry I didn't put it more eloquently, but she was just terrible. They both were terrible. And they put out Tim Waltz. I don't know who thought he was a good idea.”
“He seemed to be the second iteration [Democratic Virginia Sen.] Tim Kane, but even worse. He turned out to be a pathological liar,” she continued. “Do you think it's a good idea to lie about being in Tiananmen Square when you were in Nebraska?”
Waltz faced scrutiny during a campaign to repeatedly make inaccurate claims about his past, including claims that he was in Hong Kong amid democratic protests in Tiananmen Square in Beijing, China. Massacre It has not been publicly available since it was published, including search engines. Therefore, the exact number of deaths is still unknown.
“I mean, come on. It's just more than just pale,” Lee added. “And now he's thinking about running for president? Did he not get a note that Americans don't want Kamala Harris and Tim Waltz's second coming?”
Walz said in an Interview The New Yorker was released on March 2nd and announced that he would run for president in 2028 if conditions match his “skill set.”
The governor also revealed in a February podcast that he regretted wasting days of a campaign focused on President Donald Trump's comments on Haitian immigration in Springfield, Ohio.
“I kick myself what was sucked in. I'm sure you hammed them on the dogs and cats eating because you probably weren't a clown for three or four days, it was so ridiculous,” Waltz said. “And then I took that hook, that line, that sinker. We were talking about immigration in a key part of the campaign. And it was harmful. And it made me mad. And I was standing there to protect people. And it didn't do a bit of a good thing in the election.”
