Hunter Biden may be avoiding testifying in laptop suit because of possible 3-month trip to South Africa

Hunter Biden is trying to dodge the deposits in lawsuits, including the infamous laptop, as he wants to decamp South Africa for three months. And he uses LA wildfires as a “excuse,” a new court paper argues.

Former Trump White House aide Garrett Ziegler claimed that Hunter illegally hacked his laptop and spread embarrassing content – is fighting Biden Scion's demand to stop litigation against him.

Biden said in his application last week that he no longer sells and that he cannot pursue a lawsuit because he was broken due to a wildfire that left him out of his Malibu mansion.

However, Ziegler now argues that Hunter's situation is not as tragic as he claims. And he really wants to go on vacation.

He believes Hunter is planning a three-month trip to South Africa starting this week, which, according to court filings, is “why he is trying to avoid depositing.”

The submission also argued that Hunter's wife Melissa Cohen's trip to her home country is the reason for Hunter to “ignor” Ziegler's overtures to begin or mediate settlement talks.

Ziegler's submission stated that he “works to confirm the facts that it was published in the New York Post.” Last week, the post exclusively revealed that the Hunter's house seemed untouched by the wildfires.

The photos show that all surrounding houses were destroyed from the Parisades fire – the most destructive in LA history – the Hunter argued that he could not afford to drive it away in Ziegler and Ziegler and the courtroom, as his home was “invalid”.

Hunter also argued that his father is no longer in the White House and that no one has purchased his memoirs or artwork, making him unable to get out of millions of dollars worth of debt.

“We note that Biden did not expressly claim that he lost his home or belongings,” Ziegler's lawyer wrote in a paper Friday.

And while the fire has been devastating for many, “but that's not an excuse to avoid liability for the lawsuit,” writes Holiday.

Ziegler says that Peter Navarro, the first Trump administration adviser, is trade adviser – the 2023 case should continue to roll out in court.

Meanwhile, Hunter's part accused Ziegler's lawyer of submitting “emotionally charged” court documents and “gas lighting” in the documents.

Hunter's lawyer wrote that Ziegler's part is “trying to downplay the effects of the fire.”

“Accusations [Hunter’s] The lawyers are lying about the basis that his allegations are mean,” the Hunter team indicted.

Within years since the Post first exposed his computer in 2020, Ziegler published roughly 10,000 photos from Hunter's infamous laptop to his right-wing non-profit website, Marco Polo.

Attorneys on either side did not immediately return requests for comment Tuesday.
