Virginia high school track Alaila Everett attack Kaelen Tucker lip reader

The Virginia High School Sprinter was accused of accusing the enemy of hitting the baton in the back of his head, according to the report.

Alaila Everett was a baton-wielding senior running round two of the IC Norcom High School Girl 4×200 metre relay team, allegedly attacking Brookville High School Junior Kaelen Tucker at the VHSL Class 3 State Indoor Championship at Liberty University on March 7th.

While the speed at which the girl was running and the distance the camera was away from the track hampered the quality of the audio and video, one expert believes she understood what Everett said.

“Get” and “Hey oh,” the Area Runner, Portsmouth, Virginia, uttered as she attacked Lip Leader founder Nicola Hickling. I told the Daily Mail.

The two runners were fighting in second place when the feud boiled as they came out from turn 4.

Tucker tried to cut into lane 1 in front of Everett as the two runners rubbed the elbows coming out of the turn.

“When we reached the curve she kept bumping into my arms and as I got down the curve I finally passed her. I explained it to WSLS.

When Tucker took sole ownership of second place, she was hit by Everett's baton, grabbing her head and deflecting the truck as she fell to the ground.

Everett's arm made another bashing move, missing Tucker's head on the second hit, dropping the baton, she ran past the sick enemy and pointed at her.

Doctors looked at Tucker after the race and diagnosed her with a concussion and a “possible skull fracture.”

Senior Everett claimed in a tearful interview that it was an accident.

“I know my intentions, and I'll never hit anyone intentionally,” Everett said. He told wavy.com.

Everett claimed that she was a target for death threats and racial slander after the incident went viral.

“You're physically hurt because everyone has feelings, but you're not thinking about my mind,” she told the outlet.

She says she tried to reach out to Tucker but was blocked on social media.

“They assume my character, and they assume me all this from the 'ghetto' and racial slander, death threat… a nine-second video,” she said.

Tucker and her parents were upset with Everett and the head coach of IC Norcum because they didn't apologize or approach the injured runner after the race.

“They were by our side at the event. They were watching the video at the event, but no one was going to apologise or check on her,” Tucker's parents told WSLS. “Even if it was a fluke or an unusual accident, you'll still be checking out her.”

According to Wavy, Tuckers served as court documents requesting a protection order from Everett and her family.

The incident reached its peak when IC Norcum was disqualified from the race.
