President Donald Trump criticized her decision to move to Ireland with actress Rosie O'Donnell during a White House meeting with Ireland Tao Geech Mishal Martin on Wednesday.
When a reporter asked Ireland's Prime Minister Martin why he allowed the American comedian to move into the country, Trump responded immediately.
“Ireland is known for its extremely happy and enjoyable people,” a reporter pointed out to Martin of the White House.
After Trump wins, Rosie O'Donnell runs away from us, “it won't come back until it's safe for all citizens to have equal rights.”

“Why are you moving Rosie O'Donnell to Ireland in the world?” the reporter asked. “I think she's going to lower your happiness.”
Before Martin could answer, Trump cried out, “It's true, I like that question. Do you know you have Rosie O'Donnell? Do you know who she is? You better not know.”

O'Donnell representatives did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment.
Trump made a comment after revealing that the comedian lives in Ireland and is in the process of applying for Irish citizenship.
“It was so great, I have to say,” the 62-year-old said in a video for Tiktok. “And the people were so loving, so kind and so welcoming, and I'm very grateful.”

O'Donnell said she left on January 15th, five days before President Trump's inauguration.
“I was someone I didn't expect to move to another country, and that's what I decided was the best for myself and my 12-year-old,” she explained.

O'Donnell and Trump have been involved in feuds since 2006 after he criticized his “view” about his generosity towards the Miss USA winner, accused of drug use and other bad behaviour.
Trump responded to criticism by calling O'Donnell a “real loser.”

At the time, in relation to Miss Tara Conner in the US, Trump said, “I believe in a second chance. Tara is a good guy. Tara worked so hard. Tara will be given a second chance.”
In 2014, O'Donnell claimed that his feud with Trump led to “the most bullying I've ever experienced in my life.”

Since Trump's first presidential run and victory, O'Donnell joked about how he would use “Late Night” host Seth Myers about how he would use “about 90% of my working hours tweet hatred for this administration.”

In 2015, Trump harshly answered questions about O'Donnell during a major Republican debate.
When asked about Trump being called a woman who lightly parsed names like “Fat Pig” or “Slob,” he laughed and replied, “Only Rosie O'Donnell.”
During last year's election, Trump raised O'Donnell's name again when he told the crowd that the “scenery” was “very bad” at Al Smith's dinner in October, and when the showrunner told him “We need to bring Rosie O'Donnell back.”

Despite his continued sparring with Trump, O'Donnell said that she and her daughters were “happy” in Ireland.
“I miss the other kids,” she added five grown children. “I miss friends. I miss a lot about living at home. And I'm trying to find a home in this beautiful country. And when it's safe for all citizens to have equal rights in America, that's when we consider coming back.”
The “Flintstone” star further said she thinks about the United States every day, saying, “We want things to turn things around. I count on you, everything about you.
