Sean “Diddy” Combs was bloated and old at a Manhattan courthouse on Friday.
Combs, 55, pleaded not guilty to the latest charges, wearing a puffy figure, gray hair and a grey thin strap beard.
The new indictment alleges that sexually abused the victim for at least 20 years from 2004 to 2024, but does not include new accusations.
Manhattan federal judge Arun Subramanian said the music mogul's trial will begin on May 12th and the ju judges will begin on May 5th.
Several families were in court to assist Combs.
Combs has been accused of conspiracy and sex trafficking of women for abuse, threatening, and forcing them to carry out their sexual desires, including drugging women and forcing them to spend days in sex orgy with prostitutes.
On Friday, Combs' lawyer Marc Agnifilo was asked about his claim that the infamous tape that showed him defeating his girlfriend Cassie Ventura on March 5, 2016, was “substantially changed” by CNN.
Federal prosecutors said they plan to use the tape as direct evidence during the trial.
Combs' lawyers argued that the video was “deceived” and “did not follow the actions that took place,” according to visual experts on the team.

Agnifilo said the video, a copy of the hotel's surveillance video, “has taken things out of the sequence” by making it about 50% faster.
Combs' lawyers are expected to file a motion to expand the debate later Friday.
