Shelton Snow, a National Black Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees (NBCFAE), a former Air Transportation Business Supervisor stationed in New York, was heard discussing the situation in a recorded 2014 audio clip. Daily Mail I was able to get it.

“I have some valuable information I took a screenshot and I'm going to send it to you by email. …I'm only about 99.99% sure that's how you need to answer each question,” he could hear him say in the clip.

Additionally, former NBCFAE member Matthew Douglas told the press that “we know some of the people who are cheating and who control planes as we speak.”

“Insider information was made available to African Americans, women and other minority candidates in 2014, but white people were removed from the loop to “minimise competition,” the outlet said.

“Until 2013, the FAA prioritized recruiting controller applicants who earned their degrees from one of the university training initiative schools and scored well enough on an eight-hour screening test called AT-SAT, which measures cognitive skills. However, the Obama administration determined that this process was too many from minority groups,” said Jason Riley of the Manhattan Institute, who commented in 2015.

By 2014, the FAA was testing potential recruitment using a biographical survey that included questions such as “How many sports did you play in high school?” And “What is the main reason for your failure?”

“The employment survey on ambitious air traffic controllers introduced by the Obama administration was designed to meet the target numbers of secret DEIs,” the outlet continued, referring to the 2014 entry test.

Following the inauguration ceremony at the start of his second term, President Donald Trump has also signed Executive Notes “The end of the Biden administration's Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) employing policies that prioritize diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) over safety and efficiency.”

Social media users quickly rang out to comment on the resurrect claim.

“We open a whistleblowing and provide bounty rewards to those who are connected to those fired to partner with DEI, just like how Cop gives money to PPL, which provides information that leads to an arrest,” One X user said.

“In 2016 there was an internal investigation clearing everyone involved in prosecutable events. The recording took place when Obama was using biographic evaluations more than cognitive tests to promote employment. Brigidav ongoing as of 2025. There is a lawsuit in which Buttigieg alleges discriminatory employment practices based on DEI and similar programs,” another X user said.
