Dr. Terry Dubrough and his wife Heather Dubrough sell Beverly Hills Mansions on the hill.
The couple listed the vast property for $25 million. TMZ reported Friday.
The 9,000-square-foot pad, over 8 acres, features a spectacular entry foyer with five bedrooms, nine bathrooms, two stairs and a huge terrace.
The spacious backyard also features a huge pool, a full-size tennis court, a lounge area with an outdoor sofa, and a long table for holding an elaborate outdoor dinner party.
“Million Dollar Listing” star Josh Altman has held the list along with his brother Matt Altman, shouting that the fortune is one of the best investment opportunities he's ever seen.
“I don't know anywhere else where eight acres can sit above Beverly Hills, which is completely unobstructed anywhere in this price range,” Josh told the outlet.
The only reason Dubrows sells their homes is because they decided to accept apartment life, explained an agent at Rest Estate.
Plus, according to Josh, the “failed” star and the “real housewife of Orange County” star want to spend more time.
Terry, 66, and Heather, 56, bought neighbors LeBron James, Drake, John Legend and Chrissy Teigen for $16.1 million in the summer of 2023.
It was previously reported that real persona had hooked her home to fall far below the $37.5 million asking price.
“We're very excited to start over this legendary home,” Heather told his Instagram followers at the time, adding that the renovation “should take about three years.”
Meanwhile, Terry explained that he described the house in its condition at the time.
“It takes a lot of work,” the plastic surgeon told Evan Real and Danny Murphy on Page 6, appearing on the “Virtual Reality” podcast. “It's really going to test Heather.”
Terry described his longtime wife, who had planned to oversee the construction of the property, as a “real estate design genius.”
“This will be the next level,” he predicted, and both promised to document the fan process.
Regarding what led to the purchase, Terry explained, “I was looking for a new project.”
Dubrows is famous for selling Orange County's Chateau Dubrow for a whopping $55 million in the fall of 2022.
