Dem Sen ripped after announcing he’s getting rid of his Tesla because of ‘a–hole’ Musk

D-Ariz. Senator Mark Kelly was ocked by conservatives on social media on Friday after posting a video to X, which describes Kelly as removing Tesla for the optics brought by Tesla CEO Elon Musk, whom he called “A-Hall.”

Retired astronaut Kelly said he bought the Tesla because it “is as fast as a rocket ship” but now feels like a “smooth sign for those who are dismantling the government and hurting people.”

Arizona Senators and military veterans said it would be difficult to drive at Tesla, who knows Government Efficiency (DOGE) cut jobs in the Department of Veterans Affairs. Kelly said today was his last day driving a Tesla.

“When I bought this, I didn't think it would become a political issue. Every time I've been in this car over the past 60 or so, it reminds me of how much damage Elon Musk and Donald Trump are doing to our country,” Kelly said in the video.

Kelly added in the video that Elon Musk “could turn out to be a – hole,” he rather “doesn't drive in a car built by a hole and designed.”

The conservatives of X were to ock Kelly's posts right away.

“Little, the most brilliant and brave thing politicians have ever done. It's so brave that I actually shed tears,” White House Rapid Responder Greg Price. I said in the post.

Kelly's Friday post was the latest escalation of an ongoing social media feud with Musk.

“I just left Ukraine. What I have seen proven to me is that I cannot give up on the people of Ukrainians. Everyone wants to end this war, but any agreement must protect Ukraine's safety and will not be a gift for Putin,” Kelly posted this week.

“You're a traitor,” Musk replied.

“Traitor? Elon, if you don't understand that freedom of defense is the fundamental doctrine of making America great and keeping us safe, then you should probably leave it to us,” Kelly fought back.

In a video posted yesterday, Kelly said he would vote “no” for the ongoing resolution bill in the US Senate, calling it “grabing the partisan power for Donald Trump and Elon Musk.”
