One witness told the outlet it was a horrifying experience.

“They just wield them around and put them on the counter,” said customer Mayur Raval. “One person brought one snake first, then he brought another snake, one in white and one in brown or mixed.

“They pulled the car up in front of the door,” Laval told WREG. “I think they were planning to come here well and robe the store. Snakes are weapons.”

The con man then snatched the cannabis oil and took off, and escaped the scene in a small four-door sedan.

Oddly, it wasn't the first robbery by a snake in the volunteer state.

Last year, 26-year-old Reginald Cook was charged with attempted robbery while attempting to steal a Memphis gas station with a five-foot snake. The outlet said.

The clerk at Shell Station pulled out the gun and was called 911.
