The goal is to win a Super Bowl ring, and the Jets added three of them on Sunday, with the signature of defensive tackle derrick Nnadi.
NNADI, who turned 29 on May 9th, spent the first seven years of his NFL career with the Chiefs, and Kansas City was a good place to win at the highest level. Nnadi has won three Super Bowls in the last seven years.
His agency SportsTrust Advisors has announced the signature.
Along with the Chiefs, Nnadi was his first six seasons full-time starter after arriving from Florida State as a 2018 third-round draft pick.
He lost his first job in 2024, starting only once in 17 games.
He has 115 games, 87 starts on his resume, and is a run stopper with only 233 tackles and five sacks in his career.
NNADI has only missed two games in their NFL career, so the Jets have got what they were durable players. He also started 12 of the 16 games he appeared in during the postseason.
The Jets are busy raising Deep Charts with defensive tackles and are looking for someone to pair with Quinnen Williams.

Javon Kinlaw began all 17 games inside the Jets' defensive line in 2024, moving to commander this offseason on a three-year contract worth $45 million.
Nnadi thinks to compete for work. The Jets also signed Byron Cowart and Jay Touffere during this free agency period.
