Phil Mickelson dishes scorching hot Scottie Scheffler take

Phil Mickelson fired the shot on the athletes' championship Sunday.

Shortly after Joaquin Niemann won his second Liv golf title of the season in Singapore, Mickelson called the Chilean the best player in the world at X.

His tweet was in response to a post from Torque GC. Neiman claimed to be in the top five. A player in the world now.
