White House Slams Judge’s Order to Block Tren de Aragua Deportations

The White House said Sunday that illegal foreigners suspected of being members of Venezuelan gang Tren de Lagua (TDA) have already been excluded from US territory when a federal judge in Washington, D.C. issued a ruling blocking deportation.

U.S. District Court Judge James Boasberg for the District of Columbia issued a ruling Saturday night to stop the Trump administration from deporting allegedly illegal alien gang members after invoking the 1798 Alien Enemy Act. However, Salvador President Naibe Buquere announced that 238 TDA members and 23 MS-13 members are suspected of having arrived in El Salvador on Sunday morning.

In a statement to Breitbart News, White House press chief Karoline Leavitt said the administration would not “refuse to comply.”

“The administration did not “refuse to comply” with the court's orders. The order without a legitimate basis was issued after the terrorist TDA aliens were already excluded from US territory. The written order and the administration's actions are not inconsistent,” she said.

“Furthermore, as the Supreme Court has repeatedly made clear, federal courts generally have no power to remove foreign foreign terrorists from the US soil and fight back against declared aggression,” she continued. “A single judge in a single city cannot direct the movement of an aircraft carrier full of foreign alien terrorists physically expelled from the US soil.”

Boasberg has decided on “any plane” including allegations of TDA members who were planning to “take off” or already needed to “return to the US.” Politics It has been reported.

Bukere I said Another post added that 238 suspicious TDA members were immediately moved to CECOT, a terrorist confinement centre, which was replayable.

“The US will pay them very low fees, but we will pay them high,” he added.

On Sunday afternoon's Truth Social Post, Trump thanked Bukel.

“I would like to thank El Salvador, especially President Bucchere, for understanding this horrifying situation. This was allowed to happen in the United States due to the leadership of an incompetent Democrat. We will not forget!” he wrote.
