On Sunday, President Donald Trump declared numerous amnesty, including members of former President Joe Biden's House Selection Committee, were “null.”

“The 'pardon't' given by sleepy Joe Biden to the non-selection committee of political thugs, and many others have been declared blank, vacant and without any further power or effect due to the fact that they were done by autopen. In other words, Joe Biden didn't sign them, but more importantly, he didn't know anything about them! Trump wrote in Sunday's Truth Social Post.
“He knew nothing about them and the people who committed may have committed crimes. Therefore, the people of the Unselect Committee who destroyed and deleted all the evidence obtained during my two years of witch hunt, and many other innocent people, need to fully understand that they are subject to investigation at the highest level. In fact, they were probably responsible for documents signed without the knowledge or consent of the worst president in our country's history, without the knowledge or consent of Joe Biden!” he added.
Trump suggested that in line with Biden's use of the autopen, it could have been exploited by the “radical left-hand man” of the White House and bypassing Biden's approval.
On Biden's final day he forgives “General Mark A. Millie, Dr. Anthony S. Fauci, staff members of Congress and served on the selection committee, as well as US Congress members and Metropolitan Police officers in DC who testified before the selection committee.”
Trump's comments followed the Heritage Foundation surveillance project collected a large number of documents from previous Democratic administrations, and featured the use of Autoopen on most documents.
“We collected all the documents we could find in Biden's signature during the presidency process. Everything used the same autopen signature, except for the announcement that the former president had dropped out of the race last year. The surveillance project wrote last month.
President Trump also raised further questions about Biden's continued use of autopens in connection with the president's documents, and released a video on the True Society.
“It looks like he had an autopen for the president,” Trump said in a video posted Monday that he was in Air Force 1. “The whole subject of Autoopen – did he know what he was doing? Did he allow it, or this guy is in the office. Maybe an extreme left-mad man who signs anything that person wants.”
President Trump also said that he could use an autopen to respond to the amount of letters he received, but for official documents it was never the case.
“As an example, we might use it. We send letters to young people. We get thousands, thousands of support letters from young people, people who feel bad, but it's dishonorable to sign the pardon and everything he signed in the automatic era,” Trump added.
