President Trump said Monday that he considers a last-minute pardon from former President Biden to be “empty” because they are signed as an autopen.
Just before Trump took office in January, Biden preemptively pardoned multiple political enemies of the president, including members of the House committee that looked into members of the January 6th, 2021 U.S. Capitol Hill, General Anthony Fauci and General Mark Millie.
“The 'pardon't' given by sleepy Joe Biden to the non-selection committee of political thugs is this, and it is declared blank, empty and has no further power or effect due to the fact that it was done by an autopen.”
