Three months after Blake Live collected sexual harassment allegations regarding the set that “it's over with us,” Justin Bardoni's lawyers admitted that a settlement is likely not anticipated.

Friedman said, “I have represented many people in the worst moments of their careers, the worst moments of their lives. Justin was destroyed by this. This is really serious, and in this era the only way you can really go back is to prove your innocence.”
He noted how important the trial was “to prove your innocence.”
