After Obama-appointed Judge James Boasberg issued an order on Saturday to stop the rapid deportation of Venezuelan gang member President Donald Trump, Texas GOP MP Brandon Gill quickly announced plans to submit an article for each in an effort to eliminate him.
Gill announced on previous Twitter X on Saturday, saying he will file the claim this week. In a subsequent tweet from Elon Musk, the entrepreneur became a Trump advisor and simply replied, “need.”
“The very worst judges — people who repeatedly disregard the law — should at least be placed on the bluff each vote, whether that vote was successful or not,” Musk followed up in another post Monday.

Republicans have piled up Boasburg after issuing a 14-day restraining order to halt the Trump administration from deporting violent Venezuelan gang members who illegally entered the United States, via forces laid out in centuries-old alien enemy law.
The last alien enemy law used during World War II was passed by Parliament in 1798 before a potential war with France. The law provides a wide range of authority for the president to imprison or deport non-citizens during the war.
“On another day, another judge will unilaterally decide on policies across the country. This time it will benefit foreign gang members,” Sen. Chuck Grassley, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, posted on X.

Boasberg's ruling comes in response to a lawsuit filed by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and the left-wing legal advocacy group Democracy. The lawsuit alleges that Trump intended to use his “wartime government” to deport dangerous illegal immigrants, as the United States is not in the midst of a “declared war.”
The lawsuit follows a declaration signed by Trump on Saturday, claiming that members of the violent gang belonging to the Venezuela-based Tren DeLagua (TDA) gang had “been erratically engaged in hostile actions against the United States.” Last month, Trump moved to designate many Mexican drug cartels, including the TDA, as “foreign terrorist organizations (FTOs).”
