Issuing a Shocking Rebuke, Bondi Tells Judge ‘Get Out of Our Country’ Debates, Stay in Your Lane

Attorney General Pam Bondi said the district judge who ordered the Trump administration to return deportation flights over the weeken Kushner said on Fox News on Wednesday. “Our lawyers are working on this, we will answer appropriately.” “But what I say to you is that this judge has no right to ask those questions.”

District Judge James Boasberg originally gave the Trump administration a deadline of Tuesday and answered questions about flights carrying members of Venezuela’s gang Tren de Aragua (TDA). He extended the deadline by one day and gave the administration until Thursday to provide the requested information.

President Trump invoked the alien enemy law of 1798 over the weekend. Boasberg expanded the temporary block on the deportation of five migrants, ordering planes carrying nearly 300 TDA members not to turn back if they have already taken off.

During a fiery Monday hearing, Boasberg pushed the administration on the timing of the flight, seeking answers on the timeline or justification for refusing to do so.

Trump, his administration, and allies of the GOP ally to criticize Boasberg in orders and subsequent hearings, asking him to be fired up and stir up questions about judiciary and judiciary.

On Wednesday, as the deadline approaches, Bondy said he would order the administration to return the flight, saying Boasberg “has no business or power.” She argued that it was a “pattern” from the free judge, ordering something that they had no jurisdiction to do.

“They are interfering with diplomacy. They are interfering with our government,” she said. “And the question is, why are judges trying to protect the terrorists who invade our country more than American citizens?”

Bondi has repeatedly made similar claims to other Trump administration officials, calling the TDA a terrorist organization.

The Biden administration officially recognized the gang as a multinational criminal organization last year. The group later became the flashpoint for Trump’s campaign.

“We will deport them. We will continue to deport them. We respect what the courts are saying, but we will appeal and continue to fight the terrorists of our country,” concluded Bondy.
