Alien Enemies Act Is ‘Settled Law’

On FNC's “Hornity” Tuesday, White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller argued that the federal judge's objection to the Trump administration's use of alien enemy law was “dangerous and crazy.”

According to Miller, the use of the law had already been settled by the U.S. Supreme Court in 1948, making it a “settlement of the law.”

“[F]At first, four presidents used alien enemies and four. And host Sean Hannity said. We even have a constitutional precedent that raises questions about John Roberts. ”

“This is a law resolved to use that common phrase,” replied Miller. This is a resolved law. The actions of the alien enemy are featured in the book and have been supported for over 200 years. Incidentally, the fact that it was a 200-year-old law makes it stronger. This was adopted by the founding generation of our country. Those who wrote the constitution understood that the law was written when America was being invaded by hostile forces, so the president is at the height of his power to turn back the invasion.

He continued, “Tren de Aragua is undoubtedly the most ruthless, violent and terrifying gangster. They are currently designated as terrorists. These are now terrorists operating throughout the Western Hemisphere. They are more violent and vicious than MS-13. It will ruin the entire immigration enforcement system.
