Documents relating to Prince Harry's immigration record were released Tuesday, drawing a “clear picture” of how the British Royal was allowed to move to the US
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has issued a court declaration from an agent in Prince Harry's immigration case, but a transcription of surveillance surveillance of the case filed by the Heritage Foundation has been filed in the royal immigration case.
“The important information may be in the state,” Heritage Foundation lawyer Samuel Dewey said in a report on the new New York Post document, noting heavy references from the State Department in a “pretty clear picture” of how Harry can navigate the US immigration process.
Although Harry's immigration records were not published and the documents were heavily edited, Dewey believes there are many hints in what was released in federal court on Tuesday after the deadline set by Judge Carl Nichols.

Dewey told the New York Post the documents refer to Harry lying to him and not revealing the history of drug use for what could have been a 0-1 visa application.
Attorneys for the Heritage Foundation alleged that if Harry admitted to taking the drug, the information was placed in the DS-160 file and sent throughout DHS, but it did not end up with DHS if it was fraudulent about previous drug use.
Dewey believes the documents are evidence that the State Department and DHS are still withholding inheritance and information from the courts, and are focusing on excerpts from the closure hearing announced Tuesday.
“I have some of the 'true set of facts' now, but I don't have all of them,” Judge Nichols said he heard on April 30, 2024. “And I really understand that some of the information we've talked about today is not DHS.”

The judge mentioned for the second time that Harry's case was split between the DHS and the state, saying at one point “all of the relevant information was in DHS,” and that “it would be easier to weigh the public's interest in the case against 'privacy concerns'.”
The Heritage Foundation initially made a request for the Free Information Act on Harry's Immigration Records in 2023, claiming that if they were allowed to move to the US in 2020, the British royal family could have received special treatment.
The incident came after Harry questioned his integrity towards his immigration documents several years ago after he admitted to his previous drug use in his 2023 memoir, Spare.
“Of course I was on cocaine at the time,” Harry wrote in the book, referring to his 17-year-old days, asking him to “feel different.”
“I was offered a line at someone's house on a hunting weekend. Since then, I have consumed a little more,” he continued.

Focusing on admission, the Heritage Foundation argues that it is in the interest of the citizens to look at immigration records to determine whether the British royal family is honest or prioritized in their 2020 visa application.
“Time for Prince Harry to go home. All partial answers raise three new questions. Now I believe he committed a felony by lying on a 0-1 visa and form DS-160,” Mike Howell, executive director of the Heritage Foundation's Surveillance Project, told the New York Post.
“The Garland Department of Justice and Prince Harry conspired to protect those who hide the truth, waste a large amount of public resources, hate their country and succumb to hell to tear this apart,” he added. “Prince Harry should now self-abolize. He can use his royal status to drink on Netflix Liberal Grift Machine and beat the results of the 2024 presidential election in the UK with taxpayer Dime.”
