Accused killer in random NYC stabbing of 14-year-old unfit to stand trial: prosecutors

The man accused of randomly stabbing a 14-year-old boy earlier this year in the Bronx is not worthy of being tried, the judge ruled Thursday.

Waldo Mejia, 29, will be sent back to a psychiatric facility and he will remain until he is deemed appropriate for the murder of teenage Calebryjos.

Thursday's ruling by Judge George Vilgas of the Bronx Supreme Court came months after Mezia was kicked out of court while continuing her silent rant about Satan.

Lihos was walking to school on January 10th when Mezia was said to have thrust a knife into the boy's chest on East 138th Avenue.

As the boy was dying, he called his father and shouted, “I can't breathe,” a family friend told the Post.

Mezia, who has a history of mental illness and a long rap sheet, was slapped the following day on charges of murder, manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon.

A week before the fatal stab wound, Mezia is said to have randomly slashed Strafanger inside a Bronx metro station just after Liho's murder.

Mezia also tormented her neighbors. I randomly stabbed one of the ring cameras and kicked the door.

Mejia's arrest in the murder case states, “My name is Waldo Mejia, so be prepared to suffer with me!”

“I'm with Satan!” he continued. “Part of s-ta-people! Get ready for fking firging!”

The judge detained him without bail and ordered a mental examination.
