Convicted NYC rapist charged with sickening sex crimes 2 months after release on parole: sources

The convicted rapist who was released on parole two months ago was arrested again Thursday when he allegedly threatened to kill and kill a 10-year-old girl as part of a repulsive sex crime in Queens, police and law enforcement said.

John Garrison, 53, has been serving in a state prison for nearly 20 years for raping a 13-year-old girl in a Brooklyn alley, and is allegedly committed at least five unpleasant behavior in three days this week.

Creep's disturbing behavior began Monday after he reportedly exposed himself in front of a 51-year-old woman in a Woodhaven car, officers said.

Two days later, in the same neighborhood, he allegedly crept up behind ten girls and groped and threatened her, police and sources said.

“I'm going to kill you,” the garrison said.

About 30 minutes later, he approached the hair salon and was allegedly masturbated in front of the store.

Then around noon on Thursday, he approached the 23-year-old woman from behind and yelled that she had a “fat ass,” sources said.

When she turned around, he was told that his pants had been dropped and he was masturbating.

The perverted fuss ended in Richmond Hill more than three hours later, and NYPD said he saw officers recognize the garrison from the desired poster and pull his pants down.

He was sentenced to nearly 20 years in prison for rape.

The garrison was detained and charged with four counts of public dewd sex and sexual abuse with a child under the age of 11, and forcing her to be touched by the welfare of a child and encounters with a young girl, police said.

The shikko, who had been arrested six times this week, was trapped in 2007 for raping a teenage girl, sources said.

He was released from prison on parole after nearly 20 years of service on Jan. 16, prison records show.

Garrison was also previously charged with first-degree sexual abuse, public indecency and endangering the welfare of a child, as well as other crimes in parts of Brooklyn and Queens, sources said.
