Attorney General Pam Bondy released accusations Thursday against an individual who described it as “domestic terrorism against Tesla Properties.”
Thursday Press Release detail accusations against three individuals accused of engaging in these acts. One defendant was arrested after “threw about eight Molotov cocktails at a Tesla dealer in Salem, Oregon,” according to a press release.
Another individual in Charleston, South Carolina wrote that the release described as “a profanity message to President Trump around the Tesla charging station before illuminating the charging station with Molotov cocktails.”
The third individual was arrested in Loveland, Colorado, and like everyone else, Teslas reportedly tried to set the fire with Molotov cocktails. Report Related The arrest in Loveland showed that the word “Nazi car” was written on the building.
“Each defendants face serious charges of imposing minimum prison fines of five years and up to 20 years,” the press release reads, revealing that Trump's Justice Department is “committed to end all acts of violence and arsonism directed at Tesla's property and more.”
In a statement coupled with his release, Attorney General Bondy said “the days of committing crimes without consequences are over.”
She further said the announcement should serve as a warning to all other people considering engaging in similar criminal acts.
“Let's make this a warning. If you join this wave of domestic terrorism against Tesla's property, the Department of Justice will put you behind the bar,” she warned.

Attack on Tesla Properties spike Tesla CEO Elon Musk plays a key role in the Trump administration and is head of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). As a result, some individuals are removing their anger by targeting Tesla vehicles, showrooms and charging stations.
What aligns with this report is the fact that the FBI is investigating an arson attack on the Tesla crash center in Las Vegas, resulting in several vehicles being burned. Police said the attackers used Molotov cocktails, as well as others listed in similar cases across the country. He also fired weapons at the vehicle, as reported by Breitbart News.
Video footage of the 2:45am attack reportedly showed individuals who had damaged at least five Tesla vehicles.
Additionally, at least three gunshots were fired at the vehicle and the word “resistance” was scribbled down at the front door of the Tesla Cruising Center, police noted.
“This was a target attack on Tesla's facility,” Deputy Sheriff Dori Koren said. “I believe they are in quarantine at this point.”
This week, Bondi saw “a swarm of violent attacks on Tesla's property” as “nothing but domestic terrorism.”
