The “magnetic” yoga instructor disappeared before he went on a date in downtown Phoenix, urging his friends and family to warn authorities.
Marcus Friberger, 45, went missing on February 21 after being told he was scheduled to go on a blind date in downtown Phoenix, Arizona.
The 45-year-old was Melrose Yoga's go-to instructor and lived with his beloved dog, Thomas.
“He's a super young man, he's the most personality individual and when you talk to his friends they'll say he's just a magnet,” his father, Holland Freybeger, told Fox News' affiliate KSAZ-TV.

Dutch told the outlet that his son had a history of drug addiction and took part in rehabilitation. He said his role in the yoga studio was perfect and he was happy.
Forest Kruger, owner of Melrose Yoga, told the outlet that Freiberger is a good instructor and has many friends.
“All of his friends were here for his class. I met many of them. He was a great man and a great yoga teacher. I took his class myself.”
“Where is he? What happened to him? He made progress, did all these great things and was moving forward in life.

On March 14, officers confirmed to Fox News Digital that Freiberger's parents had followed up on the incident after reporting him missing.

“Freiberger has not been found, but there are no investigators who say he is in immediate danger,” the Phoenix Police Department said.

Freiberger was last seen in a car park in downtown Phoenix. He has a white 2021 GMC Sierra pickup truck with an Arizona plate that reads the 3MA66L.

He is 6'0″ and weighs 225 pounds, has dark hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call the Phoenix Police at 602-534-2121.
