For Deuce McBride, the Knicks were down to their third point guard (gro diameter) was a scratch before the match.
Cam Payne started in place of McBride, who filled Brunson's shoes with the final seven games.
However, rookie Tyler Korek played a new high in the 18th minute and finished with seven assists.
“After he made it, Ty found him again. He made another,” Payne said. “It was a huge time for us to be able to “continuously find Cal.”
