Mark Levin Although he always knew that Trump's resistance would not die after he took office, he did not expect the Supreme Court to burn fire by ruling in favor of district court overreach.
He was frightened when he saw the decision of Assistant Justice Amy Coney Barrett and Supreme Justice John Roberts on the side of a radical leftist judge and President Trump backing a temporary restraining order calling for a $2 billion freeze on USAID funding.
He summarises Roberts's pathetic single-page description of “Nothing.”
That's the function of dictatorship, he warns.

The dictators don't care whether their laws are immoral, unfair, or violate our intransitable rights. The law comes from the government, the end of the story.
“This is a throwback,” says Levin. “People talk about progression, progressivism, modernism, futurism, and yet they are primitive.”
He says Barrett, Roberts and other left-wing judges will do good to revisit what our Declaration of Independence speaks of unreliable rights.
“Obviously we have a government that will make laws, but these laws require moral grounds. This is part of the dictatorship, the totalitarian regime, the big distinction in our country,” says Levin.
