Left MP Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) spins her latest controversial remarks. She mentioned a paralyzed Greg Abbott (R-TX) who uses a wheelchair as a “Governor's Hot Wheels.”
“I wasn't thinking about the governor's status. I was thinking about the planes, trains and cars that immigrants used to migrate to communities led by black mayors.
“Literally, the next line I said was that he was “hot a** confused” referring to his terrible policies. He never mentioned or hinted at his condition,” she insisted before throwing it randomly in an attack on President Donald Trump.
“So I'm even more appalling that people who explicitly support Trump, known for their racially insensitive nicknames and laugh at people with disabilities, are now furious,” Crockett added.
“It keeps the same energy for all people, not just your political enemies. Finally, this is yet another distraction,” she said.
“Instead of wandering around with all my words, my political enemy might focus on improving the work of those who elected us,” Crockett added.
Despite her claims, Crockett didn't talk about illegal immigration before making the “Governor Hot Wheel” statement. She was still grateful for the 2025 Human Rights Campaign (HRC) dinner. Thanking HRC's Morgan Cox, “Morgan always says, 'What do you need?'
“You know, a lot of people see you in front fights, but no one really asks. You don't have to ask what to keep that fight up. So, Morgan, we're on these hot Texas Streets, so I'm grateful to us for honey,” she said.
“Yeah, we know we got the governor's hot wheels there,” she said of Abbott, who is tied up in a wheelchair. Again, as she claims, nothing suggests that she refers to Abbott's style of travel.
“Come now. And the only thing hot about him is that he's a hot mess. In fact, she told the audience that she has to continue to get past her gratitude because she's “trying to quit the script.”
“It's okay, I'm going to move on. I've got other people who are hot on these streets so I'm going to move on.

It should also be noted that Crockett (just a few days ago) re-shared X's post, which appears to be her more personal account, showing the caption that she is up in the White House in his wheelchair.
Crockett's latest excuse makes headlines with both her loose lip remarks and persistent lip sync and dance videos as she appears to be trying to take her way to become a superstar in a broken party.
