Emma Gervasi’s dad to sue Suffolk County after hospital sex abuse: report

A court paper by Frank Gervasi says the Children's Psychiatry Center in Sagamore confirmed to him that the employee was “handy” with his teenager.reported by Newsday.

Gervasi's claim notice also reported that officials “guaranteed him.” [the abuse] It is being addressed and the individual will not pose any further risk to his daughter. ”

According to Newsday, the young Gervasi, 15, was sent to Sagamore after a 25-day loss last December. She was rescued by her father from a docked boat in Islip on January 3rd.

But while she was in Sagamore, her ordeal continued, but Desshaun McLean, a state mental health worker at Dear Park, allegedly abused her and groped her.

Prosecutors arrested 42-year-old MacLean last month and in addition to groping, he said he saw her engage in sexual intercourse for about 20 days in January.

When contacted by phone, Gervasi declined to comment. Christopher Ross, a lawyer for Tattoo'ed Dad, did not reply to requests for comment.

At least 13 people have been arrested for illness conspiracy so far, and authorities say it revolved around drug and sex trafficking of teenage girls during the 25-day nightmare.
