Biden ‘Maybe Didn’t Hold Enough People Accountable’ for Afghanistan

On News Nation's “Balance” aired on Wednesday, Sen. Mark Warner (D-VA), vice-chairman of the Senate Intelligence Email Committee, said that withdrawal from Afghanistan was “awful” and then President Joe Biden “maybe not responsible for enough people,” and the issue of signal chat in the Trump administration was “pattern.”

“But I think we've returned to withdrawing from Afghanistan. It's okay. 13 The US military has died. It was a huge screw-in,” host Leland Vittert said.

Warner replied.[G]o Go back and see what me and others said about screwing. It is also ironic that the head of the FBI was one of those who escaped the occupation in the first week of the administration, when 13 soldiers arrested the monastery bombers and 150 civilians, the first week of the administration. And I think what I say is, if this is one-off, oops, screwed, I'd say, but this is a pattern. Two weeks after this administration, 200 CIA agents revealed their identities. …It's virtually no more than a day, and much of this is not fully reported. Because we don't want that, these Doges release information that is categorized as malicious or ignorant. Classic points, they have listed federal property that could be sold. One of them was a classified site. ”

“If this is a regular military officer or CIA agent, if they did this, they would be fired. What I'm saying is that maybe they didn't take responsibility for enough people because of all the criticisms of what Biden didn't do, I asked this team.

Vittert cut the email, referring to the email the day the light story came out, saying it was making Warner's point for him.
