Politicians are less responsible for their actions, especially Democrats.
But one Democratic politician cites her example after being charged with receiving a $7,000 kickback in 2023. According to federal prosecutors, Tania Fernandez Anderson hired a relative, giving her relative a $13,000 taxpayer-funded bonus and received a $7,000 kickback in a Boston City Hall bathroom.
Fernandez Anderson made a plea deal.
“Boston City Councilman Tania Fernandez Anderson is a BLM activist, Muslim American, a supporter of the Sanctuary City, and an undocumented immigrant who has now pleaded guilty to a federal corruption case and has to resign; Sarah Gonzalez I am happy to report that “Saragonzales is not filtered.”

“So this woman earned over $115,000 a year with taxpayer money and was still tearing the public apart,” she continued, “You guys would be really sad to hear this: this might actually put her immigrant status at risk.”
Just two years ago, Fernandez Anderson reportedly called for strong protections against illegal immigrants and told Boston to reverse the ice.
“Are you shocked to hear that someone who doesn't follow the law and tells people to be against the law is actually against the law?” Gonzalez asks before playing the clip that should reveal the true essence of Fernandez Anderson before her guilty plea.
“What do I have to do on this council to respect you as a black woman?” the disgraced politician said, slamming her fist onto the podium.
“It couldn't have happened to someone better,” Gonzalez interrupted.
