US fugitive spotted in Mexico during fatal shootout with police

The convicted murderer, who has been fleeing since early December, was recently found south of the Tijuana border.

Cesar Moyes Hernandez, convicted of 2019 murder in Los Angeles, has been unseen since escaping a prison van that was taken to hearing in Caan County Superior Court in Delano since December 4, 2024.

However, on Wednesday, the 34-year-old appeared again in Tijuana. There, an elite team of police officers chased him.
