Pam Bondi Confirms Arrest Connected to Firebombing of NM Tesla Dealership

Attorney General Pam Bondy confirmed Monday that arrests were made in connection with the bombing of a New Mexico Tesla dealership and subsequent attacks on the Republican headquarters in New Mexico.

“Breaking: We arrested in connection with a dealer in Tesla, New Mexico firefighting efforts in February and a March attack on the headquarters of the New Mexico Republican Party,” Bondy said in the announcement.

“We are charged to the fullest extent of the law. We are seeking a prison prison of up to 40 years. No negotiations. Outstanding work by @FBI, @ATF, @USAO_NM!” she continued, previewing upcoming details on the arrest.

Ministry of Justice provided Details of the arrest and federal charges were slapped against Albuquerque resident Jamison Wagner, 40. According to a press release, investigators “linked Wagner to both cases through surveillance footage and evidence from the scene.”


“Let’s make this the final lesson for those taking part in this ongoing wave of political violence,” Bondi said in a statement in a press release. “We arrest you, we will indict you, and we will not negotiate. The crime will have consequences.”

FBI director Kash Patel said the arrest was part of his federal agency’s “active efforts to investigate and retain people who targeted Tesla facilities in various states across the country.”

“We would like to thank Albuquerque agents and support team for doing outstanding work in carrying out the mission. Under Attorney General Bondi’s leadership, we will continue to find and arrest those responsible for these domestic terrorist acts.

The attack on the headquarters of the New Mexico Republican Party followed the attack on Tesla dealers the previous month. The entrance to the headquarters was damaged by the attack, As a result Internal smoke damage.
