John Stewart is watching Daily Show Sitting with your legs spread out under the determined desk in an oval office in a list of political predictions for the future? If you (surprisingly) say yes, then you have a company.
A poll released on Tuesday and published by the Daily Beast show Stewart, 62, is backed by 3% of voters who viewed him as a potential democratic presidential candidate next time.
This is the same as Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro and Illinois Governor JB Pretzker, but ESPN first host Stephen A. Smith won 1 percent.
Who is in front of the pack? The Daily Beast Report sets it:
[…] A survey of over 1,000 participants found that former vice president Kamala Harris tops the list as a favorite to win with 28% of the votes.
Meanwhile, New Jersey Senator Cory Booker rose the ranks and landed in second place with 11% of the votes after recording a floor speech from the Senator earlier this month.
Harris and Booker join the top five, along with former Transport Secretary Pete Battigeg and New York State Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who joined Minnesota Governor Tim Waltz at 5%.
The survey was conducted by Echelon Insights between April 10th and April 14th.
The November 2028 elections are more than 1,000 days apart, with primary elections scheduled to begin in New York and Nevada in February 2028.
