Man Falsely Accused in Kansas City Chiefs Parade Shooting Found Dead

Denton Loudermill Jr., the man accused of accidentally firing a shot at last year’s Kansas City Chiefs celebration parade, was found dead Friday morning.

The cause of death has not been revealed.

Loudermill later “submitted a lawsuit against three Republican Missouri Senators and a Tennessee lawmaker who shared a social media post that misinformed him.” All cases have been dismissed.

Breitbart News noted that more than 20 people were shots when the shooting erupted in the afternoon at the parade on February 14, 2024. Radio host Lisa Lopez Galvan said one individual who was struck by a gunfight succumbed to her wounds.

Police have shown that the shooting was the result of many individual conflicts.

On February 16, 2024, Breitbart News noted that two juveniles were indicted in connection with the Chiefs’ shootout, and four days later, two adults were charged on February 20th. On March 14, 2024, Breitbart News was 22-year-old Fedo Antonia Manning, and 21-year-old Ronnel Dewayne Williams, Jr. and reported additional charges against three men with 19-year-old Chaelyn Hendrick Groves-in Shooting. The charges filed by the U.S. Lawyer’s Office for the Western District of Missouri include trafficking of firearms and buying straw, and did not suggest that Manning, Williams, or Groves were involved in the actual shooting.
