This week, suspicions of illegal immigration from Afghanistan appeared in court and faced accusations of threatening to kill Nigel Farage.
Fayaz Khan, a 25-year-old fixed residence, was brought to Westminster Magistrates’ Court in London on Tuesday with a threat of killing the BBC. It has been reported.
The court was said that Khan gave several warnings last October to hurt British leader Nigel Farage on social media.
Prosecutor David Burns claimed that Khan posted the video on Tiktok’s platform. There he came to England and said, “I will find Mr. Farage to stop talking about him.”
In the same video, prosecutors accused Afghan citizens of using their hands to shape guns while saying “pop-pop.”
In addition to being accused of committing a threat to death, Khan was accused of using public communications networks to cause trouble, anxiety or inconvenience.
In a statement to the court, Farage said the suspicious threat “caused serious pain.” According to In Telecommunications.
Khan, who appeared in court with a translator of the Persian Dali dialect common to Afghanistan, did not present a plea on Tuesday.
He was remanded at Elmley, under Jehovah Prison in Kent, and will appear at South Work Crown Court in May.
After being arrested on his arrival in the UK, Khan was individually charged with allegedly illegally immigrating to the UK.
