CNN panelists exploded into a screaming match on Wednesday as two conservatives defended the famous deportation of MS-13 gang members to El Salvador.
Maryland Democratic Sen. Chris Van Hollen traveled to El Salvador to promote the release of Kilmer Armando Abrego Garcia, an El Salvadoran criminal who illegally entered the United States in 2011, with the support of other Democrats. “Newsnight with Abby Phillip” sparked a heated debate between them and former MSNBC host Tiffany Cross.
“The point is that Van Hollen doesn’t talk to a woman who lost her daughter in Maryland, but will he go to El Salvador and try to bring the MS-13 gang bangger back to America? Really?” Maldonado said. “I think the Democrats are completely lost. They’ve completely lost and they’ve lost it.”

Maldonado said President Donald Trump’s administration admitted that deportation was a misdeed, but Garcia should be justly returned to El Salvador and stayed there for this partnership with MS-13.
“They knew it was a mistake. This is an MS-13 gang bangger from El Salvador,” Maldonado claimed.
“The two courts, the federal courts and the Supreme Court have ordered this administration to get him back. But how do you think of history… but my point is, [Maldonado] and [Singleton] Who is defending this, how do you think history remembers you when we look back at this time? ” Cross said.
Singleton and Maldonado ridiculed the Democrats for defending Garcia against the Trump administration, indicating that this is a bad look on them politically. Cross argued that it was immoral for the citizen to send Garcia to El Salvador after the citizens had taken the due process.
Van Hollen’s trip to El Salvador failed as the government refused to enter the current Terrorist Confinement Centre (CECOT) by Garcia.
The Department of Justice (DOJ) released documents Wednesday, displaying evidence that Kilmer Armando Abrego Garcia is part of the MS-13 and outlined past criminal acts. Officers discovered Garcia loiting in the parking lot at Home Depot on March 28, 2019. He wears a “Chicago bull hat and a hoodie with money covering the eyes, ears and mouths of another sect.”
Garcia was also suspected of engaging in human trafficking by Tennessee’s star Tennessee highway patrol officer in December 2022. It has been reported. After the police department contacted the FBI about people being transported to the vehicle, former President Joe Biden’s FBI demanded that Garcia and all of his passengers be released.
