The US may be sold as a land of freedom, but the word “free” seems little meaningful after a Massachusetts child and family tore five children out of their parents’ arms after refusing to vaccinate their nine-month-old babies.
Parents Israeli Rivera and Ruth Encarnación were arrested last month for “family invitations” when they fled to Texas to escape DCF with their children.
This all began when family pediatricians submitted a 51A “neglect” report when parents refused to vaccinate boys despite the fact that Massachusetts allowed religious exemptions for childhood vaccinations and pediatricians reported boys in good health.
“In Massachusetts, you are permitted to refuse the vaccine as a parent. There is no mission to force you to vaccinate your child. You have the right to a religious exemption.”

The children and family department then left a notice at the family front door in their apartment, requiring them to enter the home to inspect their living conditions. My parents refused and were scared to hide.
The police returned the next day and the family was so scared they left and fled to Texas.
“They said Massachusetts had the right to religious exemptions from vaccine missions for children, but that wasn’t what was happening.
When the family reported that the family was missing, the DCF filed a petition for care and protection. This is an emergency order to displace the child’s custody from parents and grant custody to the state.
The judge granted the order without legitimate proceedings.
Police then hunted, arrested and accused Texas parents, lured their own children. The penalty would result in a $1,000 fine and a year in prison if convicted.
“If this sounds terrible to you right now, then it’s because this is terrible,” Wheeler says.
