First on FOX: Kilmer Abrego Garcia, who was recently deported to El Salvador, was suspected of participating in labor/trafficking, according to a 2022 Homeland Security Survey (HSI) report obtained by Fox News. The report also said that an “official law enforcement investigation” revealed that Abrego Garcia is a member of the infamous gangster MS-13, which President Donald Trump has designated as a terrorist organization.
According to the report, on December 1, 2022, Tennessee’s highway patrol trooper stopped Garcia after failing to stay in the lane due to a “speeding” scandal. The trooper noticed eight individuals in the car along with Abrego Garcia. He said he began driving from Houston, Texas to Temple Hills, Maryland via “construction work” via “construction work.” The report says the trooper suspects it is a human trafficking incident because the vehicle did not have any packages. Additionally, the individual in the car reportedly gave the same address as the Abrego-Garica home address.

Trump calls Sen. Van Hollen “Fool” after meeting with suspected MS-13 deported in El Salvador
When talking to the trooper, Abrego Garcia is said to have “pretending to answer questions with questions, and instead of trying to get off-tracking a meeting with a police officer he met.” After the incident, officers decided not to give Abrego Garcia a driving violation citement, but rather to give him a warning to drive with an expired license.
The HSI report also states that in October 2019, a Prince Georges County Police gang unit identified Abrego Garcia as a member of the infamous Malasar Battlecha (MS-13) gang.
“Abrego Garcia is a member of the MS-13 gang and an illegal foreigner from El Salvador who is suspected of being a human trafficker. The facts reveal that he was approved without baggage along with eight individuals on a three-day trip from Texas to Maryland. “The facts speak for themselves, and they are torn apart. The media’s sympathetic tales about this criminal’s illegal gang member have completely fallen apart. There is not enough about their victims about the false sobs of gang members and criminals.”

Abrego Garcia has recently been revealed to have a record of being a “violent” repeated wife beater, according to court records filed in district court by his wife Jennifer Vasquez.
In a 2021 filing written by Vasquez herself, she claimed that Abrego Garcia repeatedly beat her, saying, “At this point, I’m afraid to get closer to him. [has] He left me. ”
Abrego Galica’s deportation has caused a stir among Democrats, many calling him an “Marylander” who was illegally deported. He is being held at the MegaPrison “Terrorism Confinement Centre (CECOT) in El Salvador.

Senator Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.) flew to El Salvador, where he met Abrego Garcia, and was laughed at by Trump for being a “fool.” Other Democrats reportedly planned to visit Abrego Garcia after the announcement of Van Hollen.
The White House has not hampered criticism of Van Hollen’s visit. On Friday, the White House tweeted alongside Rachel Morin’s mother, who was murdered by illegal immigrants in 2023, and Trump met with Van Hollen and Abrego Garcia, sitting with Abrego Garcia.
Rachel Morin is a Maryland resident, so does her mother Patty. He said Van Hollen hadn’t reached out to her since her daughter was murdered.
